We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented **Sales Enablement Director** to join our **Global Commercial Organization - Center of Excellence (GCO-CoE).**
This is a **high-impact leadership role** that will shape our sales strategies, optimize sales force effectiveness, and influence business performance at a global scale.
- **Shape & Implement Best Practices**: Partner with Business Unit and Country Managers to optimize customer potential calculations, territory alignment, call schedules, and sales performance metrics.
- **Drive Performance Optimization**: Design and monitor field force KPIs, dashboards, and analytics-driven insights to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- **Enhance CRM & Digital Capabilities**: Lead the enhancement and optimization of the CRM system to improve customer engagement and sales operations.
- **Shape Sales Incentive Programs**: Work with stakeholders to develop sales compensation and incentive structures that drive motivation and results.
- **Leverage Data & Analytics**: Conduct deep-dive sales and market analysis, uncovering trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement.
- **Champion Market Intelligence**: Synthesize and analyze market data, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform commercial strategies.
- **Collaborate at the Highest Level**: Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and executive teams to align sales excellence initiatives with business objectives.
- **Stay Ahead of the Curve**: Continuously monitor and integrate industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies in sales force effectiveness.
Description
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in sales force excellence, sales operations, or commercial strategy within a multinational or highly complex environment.
- Expertise in CRM & Analytics Tools: Deep knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, HubSpot) and data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication & influence skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- A track record of driving sales force transformation, process improvements, and measurable commercial impact.
- Industry experience in animal health, human health, or agriculture is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English is required.
