To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Insurance, your main responsibilities will be to: Design and implement a global risk management process, in which you will be responsible for: - Lead crisis units assigned to you by General Management. - Report to your superiors on the follow-up of the risk management process, as well as on any event likely to turn into a crisis. Represent the Group with external service providers on risk management and insurance issues. - Define and implement risk financing through an international insurance program in line with identified risks and/or implement alternative risk transfer solutions. - Represent the Group in dealings with external service providers on risk management and insurance issues. - Scope: all Group risks._ **Your profile**: - Master 2 in Risk and Insurance Management, Engineering degree or Master 2 with specialized training in risk and insurance management. - Minimum 10 years' experience in risk and insurance management in an international group. - Experience in industry is a plus. - Fluent English **The position requires**: - Ability to listen, rigor, organization, adaptability, persuasiveness/influence, curiosity and creativity. - Ability to understand the Group's challenges, highlight critical risks, weigh up the pros and cons of measures to be implemented in order to facilitate the Executive Committee's decision, and know how to manage emergency situations. - Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to work cross-functionally - Discretion
