**About your future Manager**

Your manager will be Madeleine Thieffry, our CRM Lead for the One-Shot team at Qonto.
- **Her path?** After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Madeleine built her expertise in CRM and digital marketing through roles at L'Oréal and Numberly, where she managed omnichannel marketing campaigns for major clients. She joined Qonto in 2022 as Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager before being promoted to CRM Lead.
- **What she can bring to the team?** Madeleine brings strong expertise in CRM strategies and knowledge about Qonto (products, processes). Her leadership style focuses on empowerment and autonomy - she's there to support and train while giving you the space to grow.
