**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive global business development plans in alignment with the vision set by the Global Health Business Leader.
- **Market Opportunity Identification**: Identify and pursue untapped business opportunities within the human and pet health segments, ensuring thorough follow-up and execution.
- **Team Engagement and Training**: Provide leadership and support to our Business Development team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive success.
- **Partnership Development**: Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and expand our global reach within the industry.
- **Network Expansion**: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts within Symrise and beyond, leveraging relationships to drive collaboration and growth.
- **Market Testing**: Coordinate market tests with key accounts to validate market interest and inform decision-making processes.
**What about you?**
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong internal relationships is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a willingness to travel as needed to engage with regional teams, partners, and customers (50%).
