**The essence of the role**:
**As our new Customer Success Manager you will**:
- Grow business with portfolio of assigned customer accounts to attain quotas
- Manoeuvre CRM data and usage patters to up-sell and cross-sell to long tail base
- Conduct QBRs, account planning that enable business expansion within strategic base
- Collaborate with internal ecosystem of product, billing, TAM and SE teams
- Negotiate contract renewals aligning user, buyer and decision maker personas
- Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and reporting
- Be the voice of clients to business impacting retention positively
**In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have**:
- Over 5 years of experience in SaaS business, with a strong emphasis on marketing and communication technologies being a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level, with proficiency in an additional European language considered a bonus.
- Proven track record in managing a substantial portfolio of SMB customer accounts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM platforms.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments.
