Your role is to lead one of the 2 tribes inside the French Product team (~14 ppl).

The Tribe is composed of 2 Squads hosting 5 Product Builders* each.

1/ Drive Product Excellence in your team

Understanding our users, defining solutions, measuring impact, iterating and communicating are keys for a Product team. As a Tribe Director, your mission will be to:

- Set the Tribe objectives and key results
- Support and challenge Squads in objective settings.
- Level-up continuously the product practices to reach excellence (data-driven approach, user research, iterative mode, prioritization model)
- Set a user-centric mindset
- Communicate the Tribe plans and results

2 / Coach and Hire individuals

Exceptional results can only come from exceptional players. The Product France team puts a lot of energy in recruiting high potential individuals, and your role is to help them grow:

- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, development discussions in order to help each individual growing
- Help you players grow in various Product areas (design, product management, low-code engineering) finding coaching, training or mentoring solutions.

3 / Build a Product strategy
- Understand PayFit users, what problems they try to solve and what impact it has on their lives
- Understand PayFit France strategy and vision
- Challenge the squads roadmap : guarantee we listened to our customers and we will work on what really matters for them
- Engage with your teams & stakeholders: work in a collaborative way with your team & other departments.
- Create communication channels with product marketing, sales, customer success and other key stakeholders.
- Mixes of Product Managers and Engineers with a strong UX sensitivity. Product Builders work on a low-code platform built internally: the Jetlang_

**This job has been tailored for you if**:

- You have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in Product Management, Design, or Engineering.
- You have a strong appetite for product vision and strategy and have a great touch for UX and Product Data.
- You have a strong manager experience (have already managed teams above 5 people)
- No programming knowledge is required but you are curious about new ways of coding.
- You are impact driven and focusing on delivering results for both customers and the business
- You have a strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You speak French and English fluently

- Applicant initial validation: added value, key achievements, motivations, job match with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30')
- First interview with our Head of Product France (45')
- Second interview with a Tribe Director (45')
- Live Business case with 2 Squad Manager of your team (45')
- Last round with our VP Product (30')
