You will contribute to our challenges with boldness, commitment, and excellence, as a: **Service Delivery Manager Digital Certificates (M/F)** Position based in La Défense - 92 **IDENTITY & ACCESS DEPARTMENT**: Within the Network & Cybersecurity (NCS) division, the Identity & Access department manages services and solutions to manage identities and accounts for the ENGIE Group. The Digital Certificates team oversees the Public Key Infrastructure used by the group internally (AD PKI) and externally. It maintains the infrastructures in operational condition and manages the life cycle of the certificates issued to the group's entities. **JOB DESCRIPTION**: **MAIN ACTIVITIES**: The Service Delivery Manager provides functional and managerial authority over the operational teams made up of ENGIE employees and service providers. He/She reports to the Head of the Identity & Access department. - **Accountable**for all **RUN activities**of Digital Certificates platforms under their management. - Define & control RUN SLA (from GBS IT) - Define RUN budget & charging model, challenge & control costs - Monitor SLA with external partners - Ensure industrialization & automation, especially thanks to innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI,) - Monitor users satisfaction & define associated action plan - Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead - Manage the contracts of service providers, in interaction with the Vendor Management Office - Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations,) - Secure transition to RUN for each roll out - Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle,) **TECHNICAL SKILLS**: General knowledge - PKI management infrastructures - ITIL and CobIT (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Catalog Management) - Economic modeling, costing / pricing / billing - Operational monitoring of services **SOFT SKILLS**: - **Senior position**: - Ability to lead in **matrixial organizations**: - **Fluent English**(oral/written) - Leadership - Experience of **working in project management mode**: - Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization & day-to-day requirements - The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential - **Team spirit **LANGUAGES**: - French (read/spoken/written) - English (read/spoken/written)Optional: Spanish- Business Unit: GBS - Division: GBS BS - IT - Entité légale: ENGIE Information et Technologies S.A. - Expérience professionnelle: Qualifié ( >3 expérience
