**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What will be your mission?**
As the **People Operations Specialist**, you will be working on ensuring the best-in-class people experience, working on very various topics.
Your missions will be the following:
- **Contribute to ensuring the quality and the compliance of the administrative, social and legal topics at OCUS**:
- Actively contribute to all HR administrative processes from the arrival to the departure of all employees ;
- Participate in the payroll management and the improvement of benefits ;
- Support employees on a daily basis and answer their questions on HR and administrative issues ;
- Assist with social, legal, and administrative issues related to international development ;
- Ensure the compliance and regularity of the employees' situation (leaves, residence permits, etc.) ;
- Be the point of contact for social organizations: occupational medicine, CPAM, mutual insurance, provident fund, etc.

Office management: ensure the employees’ well-being at work*
- Prepare and coordinate the newcomers’ onboarding ;
- Lead the management of health and safety in the office ;
- Ensure the office management by guaranteeing a healthy and pleasant work environment for employees ;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal office processes ;
- Participate in the organization of internal events ;
- Manage communication around office issues.

People cross-functional projects*
- Contribute proactively to cross-functional HR topics (training, culture, communication, etc.)
- Participate in various internal communication topics (People Newsletter, targeted communications, etc.) ;
- As needed, perform benchmarks on specific HR topics.

QUALIFICATIONS*
- you have a first experience in the HR field (internships and apprenticeship included)
- you are looking for a versatile internship
- **you are fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)**:
- you are comfortable with numbers
