**Regional Lab Client Value Manager EMEA (F/M/X)**:
Mars Global Services Laboratories (MGS Labs)

**Type of contract** : Permanent

**Location** : Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier, France) or Veghel (Netherlands)

Regional Lab Client Value Manager will be responsible for contribution to build strategy and deploy a regional client centric service function. The job holder will lead their team to drive satisfaction of the client experience, driving excellence in service to ensure the success of the MGS Laboratories Brand. Strong customer focus are essential to that role.

- Foster a culture of design thinking, ideas creation and prototyping to deliver great solutions for our client needs.
- Achieving results primarily through people and requires a high degree of influence in driving changes to our ways of working in the laboratory area.
- Strong motivational skills to drive the implementation of new process and tools into the regional site lab network.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Deploy a service catalogue of laboratory consultancy services for chemistry and microbiology to address customer needs and drive value into the business
- Provide technical advice and guidance and data interpretation and risk assessment
- Manage metrics follow-up, performance review and continuous improvement of laboratories network
- Support the strategy and propose the changes in the Regional Lab network
