**Country Manager France & Spain (Consumer Health)**:

**Who we are**
We are a Belgian-based innovator in consumer healthcare. We develop and market our own brands, and we also license our technologies to international partners. Within our Consumer Health unit, we focus on bringing our products directly to market through pharmacy channels.
We are pragmatic, fast-moving, and ambitious — and now we’re looking for a Country Manager for France & Spain to take our brands to the next level.
**Your role**
As Country Manager France & Spain, you’ll be the key driver of our success in both markets. Your role will include:
- Managing and strengthening relationships with our commercial partner (with their own field sales force) and our logistics partner
- Supporting and motivating sales reps and back-office teams: joining in the field, giving feedback, and driving motivation
- Leading local execution of marketing and brand strategy through external agencies
- Ensuring tight coordination between sales, marketing, logistics, and quality
- Identifying new opportunities and translating them into action
- Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that combines operational follow-up, strategic input, and strong people and partner management — across both countries.
**What you bring**
- Fluent French (native level)
- Professional English (essential for internal collaboration)
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer healthcare or pharmacy-related sectors
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills — you know how to energize teams and build trust
- A multitasker with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently in both countries (±1-2 overnight stays per week)
- Based in Northern France (Lille/Brittany) or the Belgian-French border region (Ghent-Lille)
