**About Remote**:
**All of our positions are fully remote. You do not have to relocate to join us**
**What this job can offer you**:
- Own and drive Contracts Management processes within Remote's Lifecycle Operations team
- Scout, engage and onboard new vendors, training partners and health centres to carry out all necessary occupational health and safety events
- Build strong partnerships with external vendors and manage their performance on a day to day basis through comprehensive assessments and feedback
- Engage with Remote's employees and support them with their health assessment and safety training needs
- Audit and maintain employee data and ensure all compliance requirements are managed at all times
- Identify and implement improvements to the employee journey and experience
**What you bring**:
- Significant work experience in a digital environment
- Operational experience with processes covering multiple countries
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety will be considered a plus
- Experience scouting, onboarding and/or managing vendors and partners
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
- Good analytical skills, ability to map processes
