As an integral part of Questel's Sales Development Representative team, you will be responsible for **generating leads & meetings** to support Sales teams to drive business.**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and well organized person to work on the following duties:

- Cooperation with sales managers and map the territories for prospective sales leads
- Build individual approach strategy to penetrate accounts in each territory
- Follow-up on Questel events and communications (webinars, newsletters, etc.)
- Tracking and monitoring of monthly goals

A first successfull work experience with **inside sales and / or cold calling required**. In addition, any combination of education, professional experience, and training that provide the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Confidence on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch solutions & services on a high level
- Active listening skills to assess customers' needs
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and regularly report on progress
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments, driven by results and ambitious to surpass the set objectives.
- **Fluent in German. Business English level. French would be a plus.**
