We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and assist our CEO.

Sadek Drobi launched Prismic in 2013, and the team has reached great achievements since then:

- We started the headless Website Builder movement and built Prismic as a profitable, self-bootstrapped company
- To grow next to the sharks, we created a unique product, and we invented Slices
- 70+ employees are helping us build a product to enable developers and content teams to build websites
- $20 million raised in Series A

**What will you be doing?**

Reporting to our CEO, you will:

- Strategically manage the calendar for the CEO based on evolving business needs.
- Assist the CEO in the day-to-day management, helping the organization be more efficient and effective.
- Help with the coordination of key meeting preparations, ensuring upcoming meetings are relevant and well structured, that we have set a goal, and that the preparation is complete and correct, as well as monitoring the achievement of those and that the action points coming out of meetings are implemented.
- Help structure and prioritize the CEO’s time by creating effective decision-making frameworks.
- Meeting preparation and follow-ups - Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, summarize discussions, create follow-up tasks, track execution, and provide structured guidance for future meetings.
- Optimize processes with automation and AI - Identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve efficiency in scheduling, task management, and communication.
- Work autonomously and proactively - Anticipate needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and drive initiatives without requiring close supervision.

- Deal with different stakeholders - internal and external.
- Secure the internal communication in alignment with the CEO.
- Put together some presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a communication arm for the CEO, if needed.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the CEO, performing additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
- Manage personal branding and visibility - Oversee the CEO’s social media presence, draft content, and seek opportunities for speaking engagements such as conferences, podcasts, and panels.

**Are you the one?**

You:

- Will be working from our HQ in Paris (11th arrondissement) full-time, so you’ll be right in the middle of the action.
- Already have experience as an Executive assistant, assisting a high-level Executive.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fully proficient in English.
- Have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Show impeccable organizational skills.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to anticipate potential pitfalls.
- Have a business-oriented mindset.
- Are autonomous, highly organized, diligent, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritize both work and time.
- Have excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Have a proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
