Indirect Customers Invoices Specialist

**Meaningful Work From Day One**

The incumbent will work within the GBS Accounting team and will report to the France & Belux Accounting Manager.

**What You Can Expect**
- Manage all indirect customers invoices workflow in Google Drive
- For each indirect customer invoice received, check if the vendor account exists in SAP - if not, send it back to the sales assistant for creation
- For each indirect customer invoice received, check if the bank details are correct in SAP - if not, submit a salesforce request for the change
- Book all indirect customers invoices into CCM (SAP Rebates module)
- Help with the weekly payment preparation
- Support the accounting team with their daily tasks
- Ad’hoc tasks if needed

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Experience: 2-3 years post qualified experience in accounting
- SAP experience
- Fluent in French and English would be a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office & Google Tools
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills

- Technical / Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Proactive & shows initiative in continuous improvement
