**What you'll do**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive acquisition, upsell, and retention of healthcare practitioners in France.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform and refine CRM strategies.
- **Segmentation**: Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Sales, PMM, Global Teams and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**: Map out and optimize the customer journey to enhance the overall user experience.

You could be our next team mate if you have:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze etc.) and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase).
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with multiple stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
