**Job Overview**

We are in search of the role that is in charge of administrative and accounting / HR management of the company. This person will directly report to local general manager.

**What You Will Achieve**

Accounting:

- Entering supplier and customer invoices
- Preparation invoice payments (invoices, table)
- Bank reconciliation
- Transmitted the necessary information to the accounting firm

HR:

- Keep updated Excel staff follow up list (restaurant ticket, holidays, sickness, etc.)
- Control of reimbursement process
- Transmit the various HR documents to the human resource firm

Follow-up of administrative files:

- Filing of documents and organization
- Various reminders (suppliers, customers, third parties)
- Contract management/monitoring

**What You Will Need**
- Graduated in Accounting, you have at least 3 years of experience, ideally acquired in an accounting firm.
- Dynamism, organization, punctuality, autonomy and responsiveness are qualities that we recognize in you.
- You are an adaptable and rigorous person, endowed with very good interpersonal skills.
- An excellent command of spelling in french language, a correct level in English or Chinese and a good knowledge of the office pack will be appreciated.
- Type of contract: CDI 35H.
- Qualification : Agent de maitrise
