**Job position**:
You’ll split your time between **accounting**and **HR/payroll**. You’ll own day-to-day finance operations, support monthly reporting and budgeting **with the CFO**, and run core people processes (contracts, onboarding, records, payroll inputs, career developments, company events).

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Finance Operations**
- Handle expenses; prepare vendor/employee payments and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare client billing and cash collection (follow-ups, statements).
- Assist with financial reporting & budgeting; support month-end close (work closely with CFO)
- Prepare audit files and liaise for annual audits.

**Payroll & HR/Admin**
- Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, equipment/materials.
- Maintain personnel records and HR trackers (holidays, timesheets, expenses).
- Assist payroll administration (collect/check inputs; coordinate with provider).
- Support recruitment: post jobs, screen, schedule, follow up.
- Foster team culture: seminars, company events, employee “happiness” initiatives.
- Track probation reviews, performance checkpoints, training/compliance modules.
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions (policies, benefits, travel).

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Mid-level (3-5 years)
- Language: English mandatory
- Soft skills: Organized, autonomous, communicative, curious, and rigorous
- Hard skills: Accounting, payroll basics, Excel/Google Sheets
- Tools (plus): Silae (RH/Payroll), Pennylane (accounting)

Pay: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per month
