For the Partner Manager role we are looking for a highly motivated professional who can help grow our US Partner Ecosystem, focussing on strategic partnerships. From strategic real estate consultancies, to specialist system integrators, to technology partners, Deepki’s Partner Ecosystem is key to our global expansion.
You will be based in US, ideally New York.
Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will:
**Collaborate** with partners through the Partner Programme, launching GTM plans to generate opportunities.
**Co-innovate **with partners to build clear joint propositions, new use cases, providing the upmost value to our customers.
**Accelerate **strategy execution and co-invest in implementation.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Create executive alignment and commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders
- Generate and manage a partner-driven pipeline through proactive prospecting with partner’s customer facing stakeholders
- Generate new partner enablement through the Deepki University for “build-with” partners. We want to scale through our partners
- Engaging, co-selling and co-marketing with partners through Partner Programme
- Navigate up and down the partner organisation as appropriate
- Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform functionality
- Work closely with other departments at Deepki
- Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to help build impactful relationships
- Lead partner marketing efforts with the help of Deepki’s Marketing team for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events) with key partners
- Grow your partner account base through proactive hunting in targeted channels
- Conduct Partner Business Reviews with strategic partners and assist Partner management in monitoring progress towards strategic goals
- Provide feedback to channel peers and leadership teams regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners
- Build out and maintain partner profile information and partner intelligence as well as partner governance in CRM/PRM and other systems
- Ability to travel up to 60%
**About you**
- Commercial experience in SaaS Partner-Channel Sales, ideally from the Real Estate industry
- Stellar presentation and communication skills
- Track record in exceeding targets and commercial success
- Strong customer success mindset
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Capable of building trust quickly, developing and maintaining relationships
- Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
- Possesses a solid sales foundation with an outgoing, optimistic personality
- Engages effectively at the C-Suite and Executive level both internally and externally
- Competency with Salesforce, Excel and G Suite
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Speaking French and/or Spanish is a plus
