THE ROLE

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and energetic individual, who is polished and professional, who wants to have an impact on, and shape how the office operates. Initiative is highly rewarded in our environment.

This is a varied role, which involves line management of a team of Legal PA's and other business services teams, as well as elements of HR, facilities management and administration. Most importantly, this is a role to help shape the operations and efficiency strategy of a growing office and to contribute strongly to client reception and interface.

Working alongside the senior leadership team in our new, modern office in central Paris, you will create and implement office procedures, drive innovation and help our lawyers achieve best practice.

You will use your imagination, initiative, common sense and people skills to work with your colleagues across France and the rest of the firm worldwide. You will be the key point of contact for all liaison between the UK and Paris offices for operational matters, building relationships with a range of key stakeholders.

This is an exciting hands-on role, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different areas throughout the firm.

**Typical duties include**:
Line management responsibility for the Legal PAs and reception teams.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to innovate the status quo.
Responsibility for all Paris office regulatory filings, ensuring all Paris Bar requirements are met.
Involved in recruitment and the expansion of the team; co-ordinating the on-site induction of new hires in the Paris Office in conjunction with HR teams, and develop office best practices.
Provision of a full range of office administration to ensure the smooth running of the Paris office. This includes co-ordination with landlords and other service providers to ensure effective facilities management across the offices covering office cleaning, security and maintenance; visitor and reception services (including catering); record archiving processes; health and safety management and travel supplier liaison.
