To this end, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller Intern who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

To this end, we are seeking an experienced Studio Finance Manager / Finance Analyst who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

**Responsibilities
- Virtuos is a leading content production company specializing in video game development and 3D art production. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and fast-learning intern / trainee (“Alternant”) to support France Finance Director in a diverse range of topics with a specific focus on Accounts Payables Management and Financial Controlling:

- Managing suppliers and fixed asset creation in MS Dynamics
- Making sure that the invoices and expense claims are exhaustive, correct, and coding them in our accounting system
- Setting up and monitoring payment schedules while making sure all approvals have been granted
- Participating in all closing processes, working closely with external accountants
- Reviewing of accruals and prepaid expenses during month end
- Getting involved in projects aimed at automating manual tasks and improving workflows
- Supporting the Department with administrative tasks (Document Collection and Formalization, Data Crunching, Tax Credit Filing )Qualifications- Master’s degree student in Accounting / Finance looking for an internship or “Alternance”
- At least 1 successful internship in Back-Office / Audit / Accounting / Controlling / Business Analysis
- Solid MS Office skills
- Adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives in a fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and French
- You are located in the Ile-de-France region (offices in Cergy / Partial remote work allowed)
