**B2B SaaS junior sales - Job Description**

Tremau is a fast-growing start-up helping build a **digital world that is safe and beneficial for all**by delivering best-in-class Trust & Safety software and advisory services. Concretely, at Tremau we have developed the next-generation intelligent content moderation solution to help online platforms address the inefficiencies and compliance challenges to protect their users from illegal and harmful content. In parallel, we help some of the world’s largest tech platforms understand their new regulatory risks, assess the operational implications of their new obligations, undertake systemic risk assessments and prepare mitigation plans.

What We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for a Junior Sales to work on our B2B SaaS business line.

Key Responsibilities
- **Work closely with heads of Sales (currently CEO) to**:

- Build-out sales pipeline, researching potential prospects and helping in client outreach;
- Keep track of sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are actively followed-up with;
- Assist in developing sales collateral (sales proposals and presentations) and assist sales meeting with customers;
- Follow-up with prospects following the meetings, answering questions around product functionalities, pricing, etc.;
- Coordinate the overall sales process, including working with the head of advisory, to help efficient clients need identification.
- **In this role, you will be required to**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, engaging with customers in a professional manner
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends & best practices
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English:

- Previous experience working as sales on a SaaS product;
- Well organised and self-driven, with the ability to coordinate amongst multiple teams;
- Strong attention to details with Tremau’s products & services
