We are looking for an **It Support Specialist (M/F/d)** who will support us in France with general IT tasks as part of the global IT team. The focus is on independence and self-organization. This position is particularly exciting because improvements in technical and process aspects can be planned and implemented

**Job Description**:

- Part of the IT team providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users across Flink from our HQ team to our Hubs across 60 cities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, this will include preparing access to all platforms and preparation of devices (Windows and MacOS, iOS & Android) across all employees and all Flink locations
- Manage our hardware inventory, tracking devices, and spend across multiple sources (UEM)
- Monitor all incoming incidents and requests (Jira Service Management) and excel first response and resolution time
- Ensure that the right users have access to the right platforms & services
- Support and monitor the performance of our network infrastructure
- Support, where needed, in the setting up of the IT equipment within our hubs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
- 1+ years working in IT support, ideally being responsible for 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
- Experience supporting users located across multiple offices and locations
- Experience with both Mac and Windows, understanding the key issues that are faced across both
