We are looking for a new member of our global HR team, with solid experience in coaching of managers, labor law and providing a great employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

As our People Business Partner, you will be based in our Paris office and you will take care of a scope of around 300 employees with 2 other HRBPs. You will work closely with our VP People based in Paris who will mentor you and help you grow, and you will be part of our global HR team made up of 20 people including an HR Assistant and an HR Operations Specialist.

Besides your local responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate regularly with your colleagues based out of Delhi, Berlin, Paris and Toronto and work together on various HR projects to help our company grow while being an amazing workplace.

**As People Business Partner, you will**:

- Support and coach managers from the Technical team to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Support the periodical performance, talent and compensation review processes
- Be the point of contact for our employees for all kinds of questions and needs (e.g. payroll, absences, benefits, contracts, confirmations, legal queries, parental leaves)
- Monitor employee satisfaction through Culture Amp and work on action plans for improvement
- Be responsible for monitoring and compliance with legislation (labor law, health and safety, etc.) in administrative procedures: contractual documents, separations, work visas, etc.
- Provide a smooth and reliable experience for new employees and leavers, prepare necessary documents and manage their reflection in our tools and processes
- Organise trainings: manage requests, search for providers, monitor the training budget and the progression of the training plan

**What will contribute to your success**:

- You have a solid experience in HR management and coaching of managers, ideally in dynamic and fast-growing companies in international and multicultural environments
- You completed a degree in business, psychology or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
- You are a great communicator with negotiation skills, and you have great writing skills in French and in English
- You know how to organise and prioritise your tasks according to business needs and are aware that your role requires a high level of reliability, confidentiality and discretion
- You are a problem solver who naturally combines pragmatism with out-of-the-box thinking and have great interpersonal skills to handle all kinds of employee situations with calm and serenity
- You have an affinity for tools and are at ease working with ones such as Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and HRIS (we are using BambooHR)
- A previous experience in a tech company, coaching and working with tech profiles, is a strong plus
