**Mission**:
The core objective of this role is to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of back office day-to-day activities across HR, Admin, Legal, Finance, Logistics, and After Sales Services. It starts with taking ownership and running the show. This involves deploying effective strategies, refining procedures, and maximizing efficiencies to elevate the company's overall performance, in line with Group Policies. You will manage an existing team of four managers, assisting them in evaluating and improving current processes. This involves conducting analyses upon request and resolving issues as they arise.

**Key roles and responsibilities: Supervise the following**

**Finance - 1 Finance Manager (Senior)**
- _ Supervise the annual budgeting process_
- _ Assist the Finance Manager during yearly audits & monthly financial reviews._
- _ Oversee and coordinate the resolution of overdue payments._
- _ Develop improvement action plans for Finance & Administration topics_

**Logistics and Sales Operation - 1 Logistic Manager & 1 Operation Manager**
- _ Actively lead and supervise team members to maximize their efficiency and problem-solving capabilities. Conduct a thorough review of our processes, and implement improvement action plans to optimize workflow and enhance overall productivity._
- _ Direct and monitor the team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products/services. Through active involvement in operations, this role will foster opportunities for team growth, aligning with the projected expansion of the business across Europe._
- _ By actively collaborating with the sales team, collectively take ownership and tackle challenges to enhance overall business performance, ensuring effective fulfillment of customers' needs._
- _ Fine tune the most adequate incoterms_
- _ Propose adequate stock policy_
- _ Ensure effective coordination with Bangkok on production priorities and critical topics_
- _ Ensure proper completion and filing of price list, data availability in SharePoint and timely contract renewals._
- _ Lead and supervise the team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback._
- _ Foster a culture of problem solving, continuous improvement and efficiency_.

**After Sales Service - 1 Manager (Senior) 4 AFS engineers**
- _ In close collaboration with AFS & Maintenance Manager, oversee the after-sales service function, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty claims._
- _ Develop and implement strategies to enhance after-sales support, including efficient issue resolution and customer communication._
- _ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and implement improvements._
- _ Monitor and analyze after-sales service metrics and challenges, striving for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction._
- _ Able to monitor local sourcing in case of emergency._

**Others**
- _ Ensure your team takes ownership of customer relations regarding operations._
- _ Suggest your team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and conduct quarterly reviews_
- _ Suggest Learning and Development plan for your team._
- _ Assist the General Manager to ensure proper completion of the Performance Management System (PMS), KPI, precise job descriptions, and one-on-one sessions at affiliate level._
- _ Assist the General Sales Manager by ensuring the contracts are properly updated and filled in our systems._
- _ Assist the Sales team to develop a comprehensive five-year business plan._
- _ Set up kick off meeting for every new partnership to ensure all department are on board / aware and clear with the terms and conditions_
- _ Assist the General Manager and General Sales Manager by conducting analysis / review upon request (HR topics included)_
- _ Coordinate IT request, if any_
