**Customer Success (50%)**
Mission: Manage customer success through the full life cycle of our users from free trial - after sales service. You will be responsible for developing the usage and adoption of MOOCit LMS, ensuring customer satisfaction and user retention.
**Tasks**:
- Manage and update our resource centre (docs.moocit.fr) as required (FR/EN) to work towards automated support. This may include: writing support guides, articles, FAQs, and/or creating video tutorials
- Conduct live platform demos and user onboarding
- Identify common issues, and submit new feature requests to the product team.
- Maintain positive relationships with our customers through regular ‘check-ins’
- Identify constraints, issues, needs and propose solutions, training, etc..
**Business Development / Growth (50%)**
Mission: As a growth manager, you will be responsible for increasing overall revenues and conversion rates of our SaaS offer by managing inbound sales, marketing and cross-selling / up-selling campaigns.
**Tasks**:
- Create new product/service offering to cross-sell to existing customers / acquire new customers
- Make case study/testimonials (pdf, web page, video interview)
- Manage social media, SEO optimisation, develop inbound marketing
- Do up-sell and cross-sell with existing product/service offerings created
