Within the market we have roles delivering market leadership, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support & Success.
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our onboarding team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing Engagement Platform, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution.
**Your Role**
As Professional Services Senior Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
- Contributing to the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools
- Helping the onboarding team deliver projects and tasks on-time, within scope, quality and budget
- Plan and coordinate a set of tasks part of the deployment of our solution
- Organizing and coordinating business and technical workshops
- Analyzing and formalizing business requirements
- Delivering services related to ticketing configuration
- Acting as a referent for all payment topics, and managing the end-2-end process related to the activation of payment solutions
- Training customers to use our solutionReporting and escalating to management as needed.
**Your Profile**
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience as a Ticketing Specialist in a ticketing industry software company or as a Ticketing Manager in Sport or Entertainment
- Technical skills in the field of payment, or strong appetence to develop new technical skills
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- Responds professionally to feedback and is able to admit mistakes quickly
- Professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
- Seeks out opportunities for self-development and continuing educationFluent in French.
