Logistics Specialist

**Workplace**: 280 Rue Elsa Triolet, 69360 COMMUNAY

As a **Logistics Specialist**, you will be responsible for performing operational and administrative logistics tasks. Your primary focus will be to support import and export processes, coordinate heavy equipment transportation across the West Europe region (France, Italy and Spain), and collaborate with logistics partners and the warehouse team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day operations of international import and export shipments
- Check the timeliness and completeness of shipping and customs documentation
- Coordinate local transport services according to requirements from headquarters in China
- Verify data accuracy in the Zoomlion system and report discrepancies to relevant departments
- Cooperate with customs brokers for customs clearance and resolve any related issues
- Verify freight costs and prepare data for invoicing
- Monitor logistics providers’ KPI performance and prepare related reports
- Analyze logistics data and support the team in delivery planning
- Coordinate with the warehouse for inbound and outbound goods handling
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, particularly in import operations and transport coordination (experience in sea freight forwarding is a plus)
- Familiarity with transport documents and customs clearance procedures
- Ability to handle shipping and customs documentation
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (daily working language) and native French speaker
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
