**What you do** Allianz Partners has the ambition through the Allyz platform to develop a dedicated, start-up minded ecosystem, integrating insurance and non-insurance products. - Orchestrate flow of requests and flow of deliveries, identify bottle neck and inter-dependencies between assets, anticipate blockers and alternative solutions. - Facilitate the process of delivery when needed : ie. support Digital Business Analysts in "translating" business input/specs from business owners into effective product backlog items and roadmap, and use your background or strong culture in IT landscape to challenge IT suppliers - Work closely and efficiently with a team of product owners, squad leaders, chapter leaders, UX researchers and designers, at global and local level. - Provide regular visibility on the roadmap (via frequent reports, or any other support), keeping track of the budget and suggesting roll-out scenarios. **What you bring** - 5+ years experience as a Digital Project Manager or Delivery Mnger, preferably with experience in building a digital multi-sided platform and/or company background in Insurtech, Travel or B2C commerce - Experience in Agile product development, with a background or strong culture in IT landscape. Knowledge of marketing tools (eg. Webanalytics), with a basis in UX Design - An entrepreneurial mindset, with a capacity to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders and an ability to solve complex challenges in a simple way - Highly autonomous, strong decision-making skills and sense of ownership - Excellent English (written and spoken), other languages would be a plus **What we offer** Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
