**Famille / Sous-famille d'emploi**: - Quality & Regulatory - Global Quality **Type de contrat**: - Alternant / Apprenti **Durée du contrat (Mois)**: - 12 **Intitulé du poste**: - Alternance - Expert Technical Customer Service et support clients H/F **Contexte du poste**: - Adhérant à Engagement Jeunes et labellisé « Employeur de choix » depuis 2021, Seqens a pour vocation de t'accompagner vers l'obtention de ton diplôme grâce à une intégration, une formation et une expérience professionnelle riches. - Auprès de plus de 200 alternants et stagiaires accueillis chaque année, tu seras intégré et participeras à la vie de la communauté « Alternant/Stagiaire » avec des évènements dédiés chaque trimestre : journée d'intégration, séminaire de rentrée, moments de convivialité, accès privilégiés à des outils, suivi interne - Grâce à Engagement jeunes, nous t'accompagnerons également, à l’issue de ton expérience Seqens, pour la suite de ton parcours étudiant ou vers ton premier emploi via des formations complémentaires. - Rattaché à l’équipe Technical Customer Service (QA.RA departement), en lien avec les Business Units "Innovative" et "Generics" de notre groupe SEQENS, vous apporterez votre soutien à l’équipe dans la réalisation de diverses missions. Ce poste vous permettra de développer des connaissances approfondies sur l’industries pharmaceutique et chimique. **Principales missions**: - Supporter l’implémentation d’une librairie SharePoint support client (réalisation de fiches produits, statements, renouvellement des documents arrivant à expiration) en collaboration avec les sites et l'équipe Business.- - Participer à l’élaboration et l’implémentation de nouvelles procédures qualité groupe selon les priorités- - Aider l'équipe de la direction qualité opérationnelle dans la recentralisation de différents processus site via la collecte et le recensement de données (audits clients, contrat qualité, etc..)- - Apporter un soutien dans les réponses faites aux clients, principalement celles définies comme étant de niveau 1 (réponses immédiates via la librairies SharePoint)**Les atouts pour réussir**: - Formation: Etudiant(e) en master II en qualité/sécurité chimique ou chimie ou école d’ingénieur en chimie - Appétence pour l'informatique - Organisé, Rigoureux, Réactif, et autonome. - Bonne capacité de travail en équipe - Bonne Maitrise de l’anglais Localisation du poste **Localisation du poste**: - France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Ecully (69)
