You will work for our Connect tribe, which builds and operates interconnected shopping platforms for our B2B partners (e.g. CNN, Elpais, Business Insider, Focus Online, DailyMail, Microsoft, etc.). Connect aspires to be “the customer's easy, fair, and caring shopping partner from discovery to purchase”. We focus on helping consumers to make the best purchasing decision through shopping recommendations, product comparisons, reviews, deals, and coupons. The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin America.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Operations Manager (M/F/d) to join our Global Commercial Excellence Team (GCE) in our office in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid or Munich reporting directly into the Associate Director Commercial Operations (Global). Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
Lead the global commercial operations for our monetised content solutions including Rewards
- Develop and improve GSG commercial operations processes to scale up globally
- Lead all aspects of reporting and analysis and upskill key stakeholders accordingly
- Deliver on time regular reports on progress against KPIs and status - report impact and provide
- recommendations regularly to internal stakeholders
- Support the budget, forecasting process and improve profitability
- Run commercial workshops and trainings in local markets
- Provide up to date marketing materials for the local commercial teams
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve current GSG commercial operations (both at a global and local level)

Support the growth of GSG existing and new content solutions
- Support in the development of new commercial solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to influence the roadmap for enhanced business intelligence, Product and CRM
- Analysis and recommend appropriate expansion plans and lead content solution roll out locally

We are a match if you have...
- Experience in the digital market or ecommerce
- Competency across numeracy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating meaningful reporting, analyses and recommendations for business stakeholders and familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases, especially with Tableau
- Highly organized and proactive with multi-tasking skills; able to change direction quickly and in leading through both ambiguity and constant change
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve and influence others
- Strong project management to collaborate with others and manage projects effectively
- Strong communication skills with a positive, can do, attitude
- Works well as a focused individual and within a Team, and develop strategic work relationships with key stakeholders
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
