**Your responsibilities ️**:
**HR Administration**
- Prepare and manage all administrative steps for new joiners (contracts, payroll information, documentation, etc.)
- Handle administrative offboarding processes (final documents and exit checklists)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)
- Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, mobility perks)
- Support the Finance team in administrative tasks (receipts, dividend declaration, etc)

**Employee Support**
- Manage and respond to employee requests via the ticketing system (HR documentation, employment verification letters, policy questions, etc.)
- Support HR documentation management, templates, and process updates
- Organize and plan the global onboarding
- Support global HR reporting and audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

You will get the opportunity to work with tools like Lucca, Silae, Trinet, and of course, Notion
