**Responsibilities**:
- Drive business growth across key regions, including LATAM, by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates.
- Lead the launch of new partnerships and features to maximize market awareness through diverse digital marketing channels.
- Identify regional growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet key business objectives.
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product growth or digital marketing within payment, technology, fintech, or crypto industries.
- Demonstrated familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
- Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
