Support Specialist must advise and provide technical expertise to customer requests while respecting company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
Diagnoses and analyzes customer technical issues
Takes care of solving customer problems
Raises technical tickets to technical teams (R&D, product) and to suppliers
Ensures follow-up with technical teams
Be responsible for writing articles in order to enrich the product knowledge database.
Be responsible for carrying out any missions that may be entrusted to him/her in the course of his/her duties. These tasks have an evolving nature, on one hand due to the imperatives of adaptation of the company and its needs, on the other hand to the capacities and the deepening of skills
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Bac+2 or significant experience in the world of travel or expense report
Experience in Technical support
Customer relationship management
Experience in the tourism sector would be a plus
Fluent in French and English.
Good oral and written communication.
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo and Saber) would be a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Jira would also be a plus.
Curiosity
Able to communicate effectively.
Being able to speak to non-technical people.
