**MISSIONS**
Nous recherchons des stagiaires pour intégrer l’équipe Real Estate Services / Immobilier pendant une durée de 3 mois, avec une possibilité d’extension de 1 à 3 mois.
Vous serez amené(e)s à intervenir principalement sur une mission de revue de baux pour un acteur immobilier de premier plan:
- Analyse des clauses essentielles du bail et de ses avenants, et extraction des données financières clés,
- Comparaison avec les bases de données en place,
- Vérification du quittancement réalisé,
- Identification et chiffrage des anomalies.
Vous pourrez également participer dans un second temps à des missions de conseils stratégiques et opérationnelles (plan de performance et d’économies, arbitrages, stratégie de développement, évaluation d’actifs en reconversion,).
- Les membres de la mission (du senior à l’associé) participeront à votre formation au quotidien afin de vous aider à acquérir toutes les connaissances techniques vous permettant de devenir rapidement autonome dans la réalisation de vos travaux.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
Nous recherchons de jeunes diplômé(e)s issu(e)s des meilleures grandes écoles et universités (Commerce, Ingénieur) disposant autant que possible d’une première expérience en audit, en cabinet d’avocats, en conseil financier, en direction immobilière ou en direction financière.
Disponible, rigoureux et organisé, vous savez vous adapter très rapidement aux missions qui vous sont confiées et disposez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
