**Description** **Meltwater is a global leader in media intelligence and social analytics SaaS solutions - helping to bridge the gap between Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing departments with an all-in-one solution powered by AI-driven insights.** We are seeking a talented Client Success Account Executive to join our team in our Paris office. The Client Success Account Executive is responsible for pursuing new prospects within Meltwater's client base and selling Meltwater's comprehensive media intelligence solutions primarily to Fortune 500 clients. The Client Success Account Executive must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business and work with both potential and existing clients. They demonstrate a thorough understanding of Meltwater's value proposition and are responsible for all stages of the sales process. **What You'll Do**: - Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: pipeline creation, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close, and upsell/cross-sell. - Take a consultative approach with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers. - Establish a "trusted advisor" relationship to determine needs, build value, create engagement, and acceptance of Meltwater's solutions. - High-energy, self-starting personality that works well in a startup, fast-paced environment. - Consistently exceed your quarterly sales quota and be well compensated for doing so. **What You'll Bring**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 2-5+ years of 360 sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry. - Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals. - Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and proven leadership experience. - Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient. - Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and time management. - Bachelor's degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurricular activities. - Business-level fluency in both French and English is required. **What We Will Give You**: At Meltwater, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive package, including: - Competitive compensation. - Comprehensive-time off and generous family leave policies. - Collaborative, transparent, and fun-loving office culture. - Accelerated professional development and growth programs. - 50% contribution to Navigo transportation pass - Swile card - Health insurance (Allianz) - Office located in the vibrant Montorgueil neighborhood at Étienne Marcel
