Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and have a passion for driving sales growth? Join a fast-growing international electronics manufacturer looking to expand its presence across Europe. This role offers independence, strategic impact, and the opportunity to work with leading clients in the industrial, aerospace, medical, semiconductor sectors, etc. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business growth strategies in the EMS market. Drive sales for cables, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), system integration, and engineering value-added services. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by leveraging your strong network. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Southwest Europe. Collaborate with APAC-based manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Work independently in a remote setting, managing business priorities and sales targets effectively. What We Are Looking For: What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of proven experience in business development & sales in the EMS industry, with a strong client network. Fluent in English. Strong understanding of EMS, PCBA, and box-build solutions. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.
