Votre rôle : Customer Success Manager

En tant que CSM, vous êtes le chef d'orchestre du parcours client après-vente.

Vous coordonnez les projets de votre portefeuille, suivez chaque étape de projet de la signature à la mise en service, et garantissez une expérience client irréprochable.

Vos missions au quotidien
  • Piloter la relation client post-vente : unique de nos clients jusqu'à la mise en service.

  • Suivre les démarches administratives : coordonner et améliorer la gestion des démarches administratives.

  • Gérer la coordination entre client et terrain : accompagnement projet, planification chantier.

  • Organiser les feedbacks clients : recueillir avis, témoignages, referrals, vidéos.

  • Mettre en place des process et outils : structurer, automatiser, optimiser le pôle.

  • Suivre les projets 6 à 12 mois après la pose pour garantir la satisfaction et l'engagement.

  • SAV : gestion des SAV - tu aideras à répondre aux demandes après installation, et tu identifieras les axes d'amélioration des process internes.

  • Gérer la facturation et le suivi des paiements.
