Maintenir et développer des relations solides avec les clients. Identifier les opportunités de croissance, rédiger des offres commerciales et négocier les contrats.
Coordonner les équipes en interne et gérer administrativement l'ensemble du cycle de vente dans le but d'assurer la satisfaction client et le développement des affaires.
Suivre les performances des comptes clients, analyser les données et présenter des rapports de résultat à la Direction dans le but de définir la stratégie client à adopter.Profil Attendu Minimum Bac +2 avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience
Anglais courant
Maîtriser Word et Excel niveau avancé.
Maîtriser Powerpoint
Utilisation d'un ERP
