Job Summary
As a Warehouse Forklift Operator at , Inc., you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and effectively to load, unload, stack, and retrieve products, contributing to the timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Job Responsibilities
* Operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
* Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of goods.
* Stage products for outbound shipments and receive inbound materials, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
* Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies.
* Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* May be required to perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid forklift operator certification and/or proven experience operating various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach, order picker).
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
* Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
* Basic computer skills are a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
