Job Summary

As a Warehouse Operator at , Inc., you will be a vital part of our logistics network, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse facilities. You will contribute to ensuring products are processed and shipped to our customers in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform various warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory and complete orders.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld scanning devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
