Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and efficient Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team at In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods within our fulfillment centers, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of products and materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly identified and packaged according to standards.
* Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification may be required or provided).
* Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, assisting with cycle counting and stock rotation as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
* Identify and report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
* Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment to track inventory and process orders.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience (1-2 years preferred) in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and stand for extended periods.
* Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanning equipment is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is highly desirable.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
