We are looking for an Admin Ops Team member for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

General Summary:

This position

is the manager

of the Admin Ops team. This team

provi

first line of support for all key business

application

, including (but not only)

the

Resource Scheduling Application

platform.

Admin Ops team members will be specialized in some business

application

, but

the overall knowledge of all key business

application

is shared

for

all team members.

You'll

make sure of a

consistant

level of knowledge for each team

members

.

You'll

take care of the platform, owning monitoring and supervision toolsets, but also incident management on ServiceNow.

You'll

be a key member of the IT Team in Paris, working closely with the other teams

(

ie

: Application owners,

global Discovery support team,

etc

) and Subject matter

experts

groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

First line support

team

for

key business

application

including

Provys

and

MediaPulse

(EMEA and US instance)

. This team is

spread

across

Paris,

London & Atlanta's offices.

• Recruit new team

member

s

(contractors)

and manage

contractor

s

turn-over

and

competence

handover

.

• Usual administrative tasks, including:

• New users

access, password reset and user permission setup.

• User

roles

management.

• Tools admin (

ie

list of reference values

, app global settings,

etc

)

• Password reset

• Incident management, including

• Ticket management in ServiceNow

• Incident escalation and follow-up

• Incident reporting,

• Raise problems from an ITIL perspective to subject matter experts

• Main point of contact for

vendors

support

• Ensure proper communication on incident with users and managers

• Keep knowledge base

accurate

, Create or update "How To" guides in our central Knowledge Base (Confluence)

• Create and update video tutorials or any training materials.

• Be actor of QA testing campaign, and report deficiencies in our QA tools (Squash)

• Take part

• During Major events, you may be involved in on call duty organization

Requirements:

• Clear communication and palatability to write clear documentation when

required

• Good organizational skills.

• Independent self-starter who can work unsupervised, proactive.

• Remains

calm under pressure.

• Flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities, as well as strong personal initiative and resourcefulness.

• Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player.

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands on short notice.

• High levels

of initiative,

motivation

and time management.

• Experience and enthusiasm for the TV Industry or a related industry
