Le travail du Sales Development Representative se concentre principalement sur la création, la qualification et la prise de contact avec des prospects via téléphone, email et réseaux sociaux professionnels.
L'objectif du SDR est de qualifier les prospects pour le pipeline de vente (prospects qualifiés du marketing vers prospects qualifiés pour la vente). En particulier, le SDR est responsable du traitement des prospects entrants (fournis par l'équipe marketing) ainsi que des prospects sortants (basés sur des listes créées par ses soins ou assignées).
Le processus de qualification de nos prospects est essentiel et basé sur la méthode MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, et Champion).
Créer et maintenir des listes de clients potentiels selon des cycles définis.
Qualifier nos prospects via des appels de qualification et les faire passer de Marketing Qualified Lead à Sales Qualified Lead ou les disqualifier.
Générer des rendez-vous qualifiés pour l'équipe commerciale.
Participer activement aux révisions de comptes avec l'équipe commerciale.
Communiquer tes observations, difficultés et/ou succès avec les équipes (concurrents, partenaires, annonceurs, etc.).
Contacter les clients et prospects pour assurer leur participation aux événements organisés par JustRelate ou auxquels JustRelate participe.
Participer aux événements et salons organisés par ou avec JustRelate.
Participer aux sessions de formation régulières et réunions pour améliorer tes connaissances produit et compétences commerciales.
