Role Overview:- Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
- Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
- Fluent/C2 French + B2 English proficiency
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Portugal
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- EU passport or Portuguese residency card (must have)
- Relocation package includes:
- Flight reimbursement (up to 400 after 6 months)
Studio in Lisbon or Porto (280/month incl. bills, deducted from payslip) - Modern office spaces in city centers, close to public transport
