AccessiWay, the first company fully dedicated to digital accessibility, is looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Paris and support the Sales Department in identifying and developing potential clients.

Your Mission

Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and schedule meetings for the Sales team.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle.

Use a consultative and creative approach to understand clients' goals and deliver real value.

Stay up to date on accessibility and digital inclusion trends to continuously improve your sales techniques.

Show genuine curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn and apply best practices.

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.

Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Lemlist.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (both phone and email).

A charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused attitude.

Strong motivation, autonomy, and resilience — you're proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to change.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Native proficiency in French and fluency in English.

A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in B2B service sales and lead generation.

Familiarity with the French market.

Background in selling SaaS or tech products.
