Missions


• Comprendre, identifier et cibler les prospects et les personas au sein des comptes clés


• Contacter les prospects de manière personnalisée (Cold Call) afin d'obtenir des rendez-vous


• Prendre en main l'ensemble des outils mis à disposition (Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Lemlist, etc.)


• Planifier des réunions de découverte avec les prospects (Warming)


• Maintenir le CRM et vos opportunités à jour


• Partager les bonnes pratiques pour optimiser votre approche de prospection, votre pitch et vos cold call avec le Chief growth officer


• Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de prospection en collaboration avec les Sales Ops

Profil recherché


• Vous n'avez pas peur de décrocher le téléphone, vous êtes persévérant(e) et ne lâchez rien


• Vous êtes organisé(e) et méthodique : aussi bien dans la gestion de votre temps que dans votre manière de prospecter


• Vous avez soif d'apprendre et faites preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation dans un marché en constante évolution


• Vous êtes curieux(se) et n'hésitez pas à faire de la veille pour vous améliorer


• Vous aimez relever des défis et atteindre des objectifs hebdomadaires/mensuels


• Vous avez un état d'esprit positif


• Vous êtes humble et savez vous remettre en question


• Vous maîtrisez Excel ; une expérience avec Salesforce est un plus
