Your Mission

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from the first discovery call to closing - for Enterprise clients. You'll collaborate closely with our BDR and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.

You'll spend roughly:

  • 50% of your time working on outbound (meetings booked by BDRs) or marketing-generated leads (MQLs),

  • and 50% on strategic outbound prospecting and account-based initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to signed contract (2 to 6 months).

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges, KPIs, and recruitment goals.

  • Lead tailored product demos and business presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and HR executives at large companies.

  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

  • Prospect and closed Enterprise accounts identified as key to Seiza's commercial strategy.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and pipeline objectives.

  • Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in HubSpot (our CRM).

  • Provide product feedback to Marketing and Product teams to improve our value proposition.
