Business Development Manager DACH

Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und tragen die Verantwortung für die Geschäftsentwicklung von iRaiser in der DACH-Region (mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland). Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, von der Strategiedefinition bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
1. Neukundengewinnung
Marktanalyse: Identifizierung strategischer Zielgruppen (große NGOs, Stiftungen, Verbände) in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
Multichannel-Akquise: Generierung neuer Möglichkeiten durch einen aktiven Ansatz (Kaltakquise, E-Mailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Networking).
Beratender Ansatz: Detaillierte Analyse der Bedürfnisse von Interessenten, um deren Eignung für unsere SaaS-Lösungen zu qualifizieren.
2. Management des Vertriebszyklus
Präsentation: Durchführung überzeugender Präsentationen der iRaiser-Plattform vor hochrangigen Ansprechpartner*innen (Fundraising-Leiter*innen, CIOs, Geschäftsführung).
Verhandlung: Erstellung kommerzieller Angebote und Führung der Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur Unterschrift.
Interne Übergabe: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Onboardings und einer qualitativen Übergabe an die Customer-Success-Teams.
3. Markenbotschafter*in & Marketing
Repräsentation: Vertretung von iRaiser auf wichtigen Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen des gemeinnützigen Sektors in der DACH-Region.
Netzwerk: Aufbau und Pflege eines soliden Ökosystems aus lokalen Partnern und Entscheidungsträgern.
Zusammenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung, um Kampagnen und Inhalte an die kulturellen Besonderheiten des deutschen Marktes anzupassen.
4. Performance-Steuerung
Reporting: Gewährleistung eines präzisen Monitorings der Aktivitäten (Pipeline, Forecast) gegenüber der Geschäftsführung.
CRM: Pflege einer einwandfreien Datenbank in HubSpot.
Market Intelligence: Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung hinsichtlich Fundraising-Trends (Digitalisierung, Zahlungsverkehr) und Wettbewerb.
