The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Innovation Team - a small, fast-moving, and visionary group shaping the next generation of Corsearch products.
This is not a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to build new business from zero to one, to experiment, and to help transform ideas into scalable commercial success stories.
You will work closely with the Head of Innovation and collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring new technologies and business models to market.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Drive the commercial development of new innovation projects — from prospecting and outreach to pitching and deal closing.
- Identify and engage early adopters and strategic partners for new Corsearch solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and product demos that communicate the value and vision of new initiatives.
- Work closely with Innovation leadership and Product teams to align market feedback with product development.
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and growth roadmap for emerging products.
- Represent the Innovation Team in client meetings, events, and internal strategy sessions.
- Help shape Corsearch's innovation culture — combining creativity, speed, and execution excellence.
Essential
- Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset, with the ability to connect commercial strategy and innovation.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
