À propos du poste :
Dans le cadre de son développement, Alpha Networks recrute un(e) Sales & Account Manager (H/F) proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats, chargé(e) de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et d'accélérer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires sur des comptes de taille intermédiaire à fort potentiel. Le poste est à dominante commerciale, avec un fort accent sur la conquête de nouveaux clients. Environ 60 à 70 % du temps sera consacré aux activités de vente (prospection, qualification, création de pipeline, négociation et conclusion des ventes), le solde étant dédié à la gestion et au développement des comptes existants. Le/la titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et contribuera activement à l'expansion de la présence d'Alpha Networks sur ses marchés cibles.

Poste basé en France, en Belgique, en Espagne ou dans un autre pays européen

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vente : prospection, développement du pipeline, négociation et signature des contrats
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants, en assurant la satisfaction client et l'identification d'opportunités de développement
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Service Delivery, Finance, Direction) afin de garantir une intégration efficace et le succès des clients
  • Représenter Alpha Networks lors d'événements professionnels et développer un réseau commercial actif
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance commerciale et produire des résultats mesurables

Qualifications :

  • Expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 2 ans dans une fonction commerciale et/ou de gestion de comptes au sein d'une entreprise proposant des solutions logicielles vidéo, OTT ou streaming pour les secteurs broadcast, médias ou télécoms
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et de gestion de la relation client
  • Autonomie, proactivité, sens du résultat et esprit d'équipe
  • Mobilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels réguliers
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance d'une autre langue européenne constitue un atout

Compétences requises :

  • Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et de gestion de la relation client
  • Autonomie, proactivité, sens du résultat et esprit d'équipe
  • Mobilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels réguliers
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance d'une autre langue européenne constitue un atout

Rémunération et avantages :
Rémunération fixe comprise entre € et € brut annuel, complétée par un dispositif de rémunération variable (bonus/commissions). Les conditions contractuelles seront définies en fonction du statut retenu (salarié(e) ou consultant(e)) et du profil.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven
Sales & Account Manager
to develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across medium-sized accounts with strong growth potential.

This is a
commercial, sales-driven role
, with a strong focus on
new customer acquisition and opportunity generation
. Approximately
60–70% of the role is dedicated to sales activities
including prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing new deals, while the remaining time focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, a strong team player, and eager to travel. He/she will actively expand Alpha Networks' footprint within our target verticals and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize commercial impact.

Location:
France, Belgium, Spain or other well-connected EU city

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle: pipeline generation/nurturing, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance, Executive Leadership) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
  • Represent Alpha Networks at industry events and foster business relationships.
  • Track sales metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales and account management role at a company providing software solutions for video, OTT, or streaming to the broadcast, media, or telco industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German...) are a plus.

Salary:

We are recruiting for a position open to both employees and consultants, with a fixed remuneration package ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, complemented by a bonus/commission scheme. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview.
